Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation policy for details).

If you aren't feeling well, have a fever or are coughing & sneezing regularly, let's reschedule.  

We ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no-show and/or cancel within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.  You must have a credit card on file with our office & it is stored securely in our software.

All Injection/Medical Appointments:

• 20-30 minutes – $50
• 31-60+ minutes – $100

All Esthetician or Non Medical Appointments:

• Any appointment $50

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. If you late cancel or no-show 2 or more times, we reserve the right to discharge you from our practice.  Please understand this is in fairness to our clients & practitioners.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered as you are paying for the service and results can not be guaranteed with aesthetic services due to patient variables.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

We love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.

Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

This is a Medical Aesthetics Practice. We ask that if you choose to be a patient of our practice that you abide by Beautispot’s policies & etiquette.

Please understand that results may vary for each individual.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to schedule a 2 week follow-up appointment to assess injectable treatments & a 4 week follow-up appointment to assess laser & other treatments.

Please understand that your general health & lifestyle habits (such as alcohol & tobacco use, tanning beds and excessive UV exposure) can affect treatment results & may limit success of treatments.

Please understand that you are expected to follow the provided pre and post treatment instructions and that not following instructions may affect, limit or negatively impact your results.

Please understand that SPF is a crucial component of anti-aging & facial rejuvenation and must be worn daily & year round.

Lastly, we conduct ourselves in a professional manner and expect respectful interactions with our clients. We will terminate our relationship with you if these guidelines are not followed. Thank you for understanding.
