We are seeking a part time Patient Coordinator to join our team at Beautispot Boutique Med Spa.
This important role is typically the first & last point of contact with our patients. A successful Coordinator possesses strong time management & organizational skills, can prioritize tasks and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate has a welcoming & warm personality, excellent communication skills and loves making each patient feel important each time they visit our office.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
✅ Contributes to BeautiSpot’s operational & customer service goals
✅ Check patients in/out accurately and professionally & assists patients in completion of intake forms & necessary paperwork
✅ Accurately book, change, & reschedule appointments
✅ Possess knowledge of products and services to provide valuable information to our patients
✅Process payments for services/products accurately & maintains inventory accurately
✅ Answer phones, respond to emails, answer direct messages on social media accounts
✅ Assists the team, as needed, to keep the office running on time & to maintain a clean & comfortable environment
✅ Retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally medical field experience
✅ Must be detail-oriented & have the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast pace environment
✅ Dependable, accountable, flexible, reliable
✅ Assist team leader with all tasks entrusted to them.
Hours: part time approx 20 hours

Requirements:
⭐️ Local to📍Plymouth or within a 30-45 minute commute.
⭐️A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant role, preferably medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or in emergency medicine

We are seeking a part-time to full-time Aesthetician This is a part-time position with opportunity to become full-time as we grow into our larger space over then next 6 months..
Aesthetician Duties:
✅ Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, and other skincare services. Specific services include hydrafacials, microneedling, chemical peels, emsculpt neo & laser treatments. Can include more services.
✅ Conduct client consultations to understand their skincare concerns, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide skincare advice.
✅ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service in a calm environment and addressing clients' needs.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and sterilize equipment as necessary.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients.
✅ Utilize social media to promote our business & yourself. Include BeautiSpot logo or business name & tag BeautiSpot in & on all posts while employed by our company.
✅ Assist with cleaning & organizing workspace and the whole office on a daily basis.
✅ Discuss memberships & packages we offer and encourage purchase.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining records.
-Coordinate and manage inventory of spa products and supplies.
-Learn & become proficient with our medical charting software, Aesthetic Record.
-Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Assist in staff scheduling and support team members as needed.
-Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
-Ensure all pt’s have GFE up to date before medical treatment.
-perform 2 week patient followups.
-Assist as able other teammates
-Be open to assigned tasks as aesthetician schedule permits.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
-Aesthetician certification & license in Michigan.
-Proven experience as an aesthetician, with a strong understanding of skincare treatments and techniques.
-Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
-Proficiency in using spa management software and other relevant computer applications. We utilize Aesthetic Record & they have many training videos available on YouTube.
-Good character necessary.
-Punctuality & reliability, honestly & integrity a must.
Hours: part time approx 20 hours, up to 40 hours
